
As part of our ongoing work to streamline Adelaide University systems, we will be migrating Ethics data and documents from the foundation university systems into the Adelaide University Ethics system (ACES) over the coming months.
This change will provide users with access to all their applications in one place, creating a more streamlined experience for researchers and enabling improved reporting capabilities.
ACES will be unavailable from 8 July 2026 to 13 July 2026 due to the migration of Ethics data from the legacy Research Master system.
During this period, ALL users will not be able to access ACES.
If you need to submit or amend urgent applications, please do so before the outage begins.
We recommend to ensure you have access to your application during this blackout period, you download a copy of your approved application and any relevant documents. For help please refer to the help page section on downloading applications and documents.
